Over the last fifteen years Alex has produced hundreds of large-scale Styrofoam sculptures for the Mardi Gras and more. He spent his first ten years working at Kern Studios creating foam sculptures for Universal Studios Orlando, NFL, Chic-fil-a, Philadelphia Thanksgiving Day parade, and others. His work there has been featured in various publications from the Times -Picayune and New Orleans Advocate to Garden & Gun magazine. While an artist at Kern Studios he has also been showcased on multiple television shows on the Travel Channel, History Channel, and PBS, as well as local network affiliates WWLTV and WGNO. In 2019 he joined IATSE and began using his talents and work ethic in the booming film industry. He has worked on projects produced by Amazon Studios, Marvel Studios, Sony Pictures, and Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures.
